I've been a licensed Realtor in the State of California
since 1992. My prior work mostly involved newspaper
advertising sales and then as a supervisor and manager
in newspaper advertising/public relations. I was born and
raised in California and have spent most of my life here. A
career change brought me to Bakersfield in 1991.
My early real estate career started of mainly helping
clients buy and sell residential homes, mobile homes,
mountain properties and new single family construction. My
focus changed to specializing in residential income
properties such as duplexes, triplexes, fourplexes and
larger apartment complexes.
Moving to Portfolio Properties in the late 1990's, I further
specialized in income producing properties such as
office/medical buildings, mobile home parks and retail strip
centers. Working closely with our Property Management
department, I became involved in leasing commercial office
and retail space.
My primary vision and mission statement is to help my
clients with their real estate needs. Whether it be buying,
selling, leasing or exchanging, the transaction needs to
further my clients goals, protect their investment and
handle the necessary aspects to insure a successful outcome
for all parties.
