Olga Verde started her career in the banking industry in 1970, managed the City Employee’s Federal Credit Union for three years, in 1991 went to work in Keene, CA at the United Farm Workers Credit Union under Cesar Chavez and Helen Chavez, founders of the Farm Labor movement.

In 1994 Olga decided to make a career change and got her Real Estate Sales License, worked as a loan officer for three mortgage companies. In 2000 Olga went to work as a real estate sales agent/ loan officer for Mission Real Estate ERA.

In 2001 Olga went to work at a Real Estate office as administrative assistant to the Broker for three years, from there Olga went to work for Discount Brokerage Firm, only stayed for six months. On August 25, 2004, Olga came to work for Mary Sawyer and Real Estate Cash Flow Network, Inc. as her assistant, in 2006 Olga was promoted to General Manager of Real Estate Cash Flow Network, Inc. This has been the job of her dreams, working with the best team of people of her career.

During Olga Verde’s career she has been very involved with the community, serving four years as Board member of Kern County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, one year as Secretary.  Olga Verde has five grandchildren and two daughters who live here in Bakersfield Ca, both daughters are Soccer Moms.
