I have been involved in the purchase and management of income property since 1982. Along with this venture, I managed a sales and distribution company. This provided me the opportunity to develop sales and marketing programs for Kern County businesses. I spent the last six years building a marketing company for financial institutions. We provided account development and worksite financial benefits for employees. Our focus was the Hispanic market, bringing products and services such as credit consulting, financial literacy, personal loans and life insurance products. As a licensed Realtor and Life Insurance Agent, I joined Portfolio Properties to further utilize my bi-lingual skills in the areas of real estate sales, real estate loans, and mortgage insurance.
