My prior work mostly involved newspaper advertising sales and then as a supervisor and manager in newspaper advertising/public relations. I was born and raised in California and have spent most of my life here. A career change brought me to Bakersfield in 1991.

My early real estate career focused mainly on helping clients buy and sell residential homes, mobile homes, mountain properties and new single family construction. Olga Verde started her career in the banking industry in 1970, managed the City Employee’s Federal Credit Union for three years, in 1991 went to work in Keene Ca at the United Farm Workers Credit Union under Cesar Chavez and Helen Chavez founders of the Farm Labor movement.

In 1994 Olga decided to make a career change and got her Real Estate Sales License, worked as a loan officer for three mortgage companies. In 2000 Olga went to work as a real estate sales agent/ loan officer for Mission Real Estate ERA.
