My prior work mostly involved newspaper advertising sales and then as a supervisor and manager in newspaper advertising/public relations. I was born and raised in California and have spent most of my life here. A career change brought me to Bakersfield in 1991.

My early real estate career focused mainly on helping clients buy and sell residential homes, mobile homes, mountain properties and new single family construction. My focus changed to specializing in residential income properties such as duplexes, triplexes, fourplexes and larger commercial properties.
